Wiebe is a PhD researcher at IDLab, Ghent University and imec. His research focuses on secure and trustworthy AI and software supply chain security. He works on cloud and edge architectures, Kubernetes based systems, and automation techniques to drive transparency, accountability, and trust across the AI supply chain, from data to deployed models.
